What happens after pre-release?
Pre-release access is free until we launch, and nothing is charged automatically. Before launch we will talk you through pricing for ongoing use, which depends on the size of your team.
When will Get it Right launch?
We expect to launch in early 2027. Until then, pre-release access is free, and feedback from pre-release users helps shape what we launch.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models, by us or by the providers we use.
Can our whole team use it?
Yes. Your organisation gets its own assistant email address, and anyone you approve can email it from their own email account.
What address do we email?
Your organisation gets its own unique address at getitright.ai, and replies come back to the same email thread.
Can we use an address on our own domain?
Yes, for Enterprise customers. Use an address such as research@yourorganisation.com.au, so staff are emailing an internal resource rather than an outside supplier. Replies come back from that address too.
Do we need to install anything?
No. There is no software or plugin to install. If you can send an email, you can use it.
